The furniture was outdated and the drawers were clunky. I found loose screws on the chair and toilet seat, which was unsafe. The staff was unreachable and didn’t respond to my concerns about basic amenities.

My room was spacious, and the comfortable bed made it easy to relax after exploring Venice all day. The nearby pizzeria had amazing tiramisu and seafood, perfect for winding down. However, the steep stairs can be tough with heavy luggage, and the WiFi only worked on the ground floor, which was inconvenient. Overall, a solid choice for budget travelers who don't mind a bit of a trek to main attractions.

stayed at locanda ca' foscari for 2 nights. the location is amazing, just a short walk from the bus stop. the shared bathrooms were always clean, thanks to the diligent cleaners. we loved the nearby pizzeria, which had the best tiramisu and seafood dishes. the helpful staff made our stay even better!
